Be Less Distracted, More Present

I heard a great saying on a Toyota commercial tonight.  "Be less distracted, more present".  I am going to focus on that this week, to be more present with my husband, my kids, with my friends.  I am going to work to be less distracted by what I need to do, to be more present with those I love.
